Laki 33 Terms & Conditions

By accessing the Laki 33 website or mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Laki 33.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of Laki 33 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To create an account and use Laki 33, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Laki 33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• No account sharing: Your account is personal to you. Sharing your login credentials with other individuals, including family members, is not permitted.

Laki 33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

All transactions on Laki 33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Debit and credit cards
• Mobile wallets

Deposits are typically processed and reflected in your account balance quickly, though processing times can vary depending on the payment method and your provider. Laki 33 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Before your first withdrawal, Laki 33 may require identity verification to confirm your details match those registered on your account. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

The Sports Betting section of Laki 33 covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic matches — as well as football, Esports and other international sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on Laki 33:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are displayed in real time and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Live betting (in-play) is available on selected matches. In-play odds update continuously during the match. There may be brief periods where live betting is suspended — for example, immediately following a wicket or goal — and bets cannot be placed during these suspensions.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled without a result being determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport and market are detailed within the Sports Betting section.
• Laki 33 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregular activity, system error or where odds were clearly published in error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet.

Cricket markets — including match winner, top batsman, over/under runs and PSL tournament winner — are among the most popular on the platform. All cricket betting markets are subject to the general betting rules above plus any sport-specific rules stated within the relevant market.

All casino games on Laki 33 — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Fish Games and Bingo — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or real live dealer streams. The following general rules apply:

• Game results are determined by RNG systems or live dealer outcomes and are final. Technical issues that interrupt a game round will be resolved in accordance with each game's specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and are displayed before each round begins.
• In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a Slot spin or Live Casino round, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned. Laki 33 will not pay out on results generated by a system error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Laki 33 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or Sports Betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and are subject to void.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or any other promotion.
• Using another person's payment method for deposits or withdrawals without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds from unlawful sources.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the Laki 33 platform, website or mobile application.
• Harassing or threatening Laki 33 staff or other users through any communication channel.

By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents.
• Accounts identified as belonging to individuals under the age of 18.
• Requests by the account holder to close their account voluntarily.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed by voluntary request and there is no outstanding Terms violation, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laki 33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party service providers or events outside Laki 33's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional content.

Laki 33 makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functioning correctly at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
